-Develop vocabulary and terminology in English to understand some basic concepts on Contract Law: contract formation, negotiation, contract, and the rights and obligations of the parties to the contract.

-Gain knowledge about the valid contract, the types of contract, contract assignment and the remedies for breaching of contract.
