In my Interpretation classroom, I use many sorts of video clips to help my students to get used to the native accent and train them to take quick notes and interpret the content. This video clip presents the sustainable development emphasizing the importance of raising people’s awareness of the environmental protection in the developed industrial world. Students are going to interpret the content while learning the harmful effects on the earth and human beings’ health. From there, students know how to avoid or reduce using electricity, gasoline, chemicals, or other substances influencing either directly or indirectly the whole environment.
